Service Description

In a 1-hour session, we will set a goal and work together to achieve it during the session. You can either schedule a single session or select a package to get discounts.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice (from the scheduled start time): No penalty will be charged. Cancellation or rescheduling between 24 hours and 1 hour before the session start time: A fee equal to 20% of the session price will be charged. Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 1 hour’s notice, or in case of a no-show: The full session price (100%) will be charged.
