MY JOURNEY
Who I Was
I’ve always been a “corporate child.”
Raised to be independent, I built my career inside large organizations, following the path I thought I was “supposed” to follow.
But life has a way of shaking our foundations. First came an unexpected layoff. Then came burnout, turning my world upside down.

Seeking Help & Gaining Clarity
That was the turning point. I sought help.
And with that came clarity: about my motivations, my fears, and the non-conscious patterns holding me back.
I realized:
-
I wasn’t “too old” to change.
-
Being a generalist is not a weakness. It’s a strength.
-
My self-worth is not tied to a job title or a corporate badge.
Old Beliefs vs. New Beliefs
Through my journey, I realized that many of the beliefs I carried about work, money, and success were limiting me. Little by little, I had to unlearn what no longer served me and rebuild new perspectives that felt true to who I am today.

A few examples of what has shifted:

Relationship with work
Before: Work meant security, but, in reality, it was a prison.
Now: Work can be lighter, meaningful, and still financially rewarding.

Relationship with money
Before: Money was something I felt hostage to.
Now: Money is a tool that works for me and not chains that hold me back.

Definition of success
Before: Success meant fitting into existing boxes and climbing the ladder.
Now: There is no “perfect job,” but there is a way to align purpose, satisfaction, and financial success.

Career Decisions
Before: My choices were guided by external voices, not my own.
Now: I understand that we don’t start from zero. We carry our experiences with us. Our skills can be transferred and open new paths.

Self-Belief
Before: I feared being “too old” or not good enough to change.
Now: I know we are never too old to change. We might be only too afraid of being judged.

A New Relationship with Work & Life
Today, I see career choices differently.
When we don’t know ourselves, we simply walk through doors that open without questioning if they’re the right ones for us.
But when we gain clarity, we start making conscious decisions.
Decisions that lead not only to a career path that makes sense, but also to a life that feels like our own.

That’s why I do what I do now: to guide others through this same process of reframing, rebuilding, and rediscovering themselves.

MY VALUES - THE 3 PILLARS
BRIDGE - SPARK - COMPASS
1. The “Bridge” feeling

I translate 15 years of corporate know-how into plain language and useful insights, bridging big-company realities with personal aspirations. Clients trust my experience, and feel safe enough to question old career rules and write new ones.

2. The “Human Spark” feeling

Sessions feel like sitting with someone who gets you, open, upbeat, and genuinely invested in your growth. I bring my Brazilian warmth and cross-cultural empathy to create a space where clients speak freely, rediscover energy, and leave each meeting lighter and motivated.

3. The “Compass” feeling

The process is systematic but never rigid. Every milestone is clear, every action grounded in reality, so progress feels deliberate and doable.
